No black tie, no five-minute acceptance speech, no jury in grey suits.

No sponsorships and no paid trophies so a brand or CEO can be showcased on stage.

We recognize the people who make our business worth being part of, and to ask the sector — out loud, no filter — what it made of this year.

There are two very different tracks, and they work differently:

These are a recognition of the people in The Water MBA community who, this year, contributed, made noise, asked uncomfortable questions, or simply showed up when it mattered.

8. 🎯 Best technical hot take — an unpopular opinion, well argued
9. 🧓 The quiet veteran — has spent a lifetime in the sector, barely posts, but when they speak, everyone listens
10. 🛠️ Best free tool or resource shared with the community
